These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Planted Moves, LLC, doing business as The Move Miami. By using this site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

The Products

We offer digital education, including "The Content Studio Blueprint", an online course and community that teaches you to build a professional content studio. Access is delivered through our platform partner (Commas) and is granted after successful payment.

Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by Commas (formerly FanBasis). Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Discount codes are valid only as stated and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. By purchasing, you authorize the charge (and any scheduled installment payments) shown at checkout.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and grant immediate access, all sales are final and cannot be refunded, except where a refund is required by law. Your purchase includes lifetime access and future updates.

License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase you receive a personal license to access the materials for your own use. This license cannot be transferred and is not exclusive. All content is our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce any materials, or share your account access, without our written permission.

Community Conduct

If your purchase includes community access, you agree to participate respectfully. We may remove content or revoke access for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

No Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Move Miami will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Move Miami harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its rules concerning conflicts of law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
